NKC Certification indicates a company’s commitment to using ingredients that are NOT Kosher-Certified in the production of their products – food or otherwise. Furthermore, their final products are also NKC. When using everyday raw ingredients that consumers are familiar with (e.g. sugar, milk, flour, yeast, etc.), this can be extremely challenging in today’s market, as there are over one million items kosher-certified by the various agencies around the world.
